| Responsibilities |
1.track development trends in industry, regulatory polices and regional economy; make develpment plans and targets at phases based on overall development strategy and planning of the group for branches; clarify competition strategies.
2.organize to make annual operating plans for branches and implement with supervistion and guidance, while pushing forward the implementation on annual plans.
3.establish and maintain good cooperative relations with local banks, governmental instituions, regulatory departments and other financial instituions.
4.track trends in market changes and competitors dynamics, sieze market demands and organize developments on new products/services to expand new business opportunitties.
5.responsible for project review and approval with authorization; lead to develope key clients at local areas, organize businesses in investment banking, capital offering and guarantee, etc.
6.promote crossover sales of all types of businesses.
7.direct core talents team building at local areas. |
