I.Bank current funds loan guarantee
UniCredit Financial Group applies for bank current funds loans for enterprises through guarantee to satisfy temporary or seasonal capital demand in their operating activities. Based on actual needs, current funds loan guarantee can be categorized as follows:
1.Temporary current funds loan guarantee
Generally, the maturity is less than 3 months, loans mainly provided to enterprises for one time temporary capital need or for replenishing other cash shortage through this type of short term loan guarantee.
2. Short term current funds loan guarantee
Generally, the maturity is from 3 months to 1 year, loans mainly provided to enterprises for normal operating capital turnover through guarantee.
3.Medium term current funds loan guarantee
Generally, the maturity is from 1 year to 3 years, loans mainly provided to enterprises for normal operating capital use through guarantee.
4.Current funds under highest comprehensive credit granting loan guarantee
?Enterprises and banks sign the one-off loan agreement and sign one-off maximum amount guarantee deposit agreement with the guarantee company. During specified validity of the agreement, enterprises can for many times withdraw money, repay loans and circulate the use of loans.
II. Bank project loan guarantee
UniCredit Financial Group applies for enterprises for designated project loans from banks, including new construction, expansion construction, renovations, development and equipment purchasing etc. through loan guarantee. Loan guarantee maturity can be set above 3 years according to actual situations of enterprises.
III. Bank notes guarantee
UniCredit Financial Group provide guarantees for enterprises to get bank notes (bankers’ drafts and L/C) under current funds. The guarantee maturity is from 3 months to 6 months.
IV. Bank performance bond guarantee
UniCredit Financial Group provide guarantees for enterprises to get from banks performance bonds (including contract performance bond, prepayment performance bond, payment performance bond and bidding performance bond, etc.).
